He's In!

For those who haven't heard, we found out a couple days ago that Lance was accepted into the Radiology Technology Program. He had his interview the end of last week and we weren't expecting to find out this soon. He is one of 15 accepted in the program from 58 applicants. They base a lot off a point system - you gets points for the classes you've taken and your grades, experience, refrences, stuff like that. Then the people who had the top 18 points were invited for interviews last week. After the interviews they selected the 15 for the program. We couldn't be more excited!!! When I got the letter in the mail and opened it Carter and I did a little (well big) happy dance. Carter thought it was pretty funny. Then we called Lance at work to tell him. My mom's staying with us for a few days, so she watched Carter that night while we were able to go out to dinner to celebrate. Very fun! Not so fun is the fact that Lance wasn't feeling to well when he got home last night and has been puking through the night. So now he's laying in bed today. Poor guy! Carter is out in the kitchen with me playing with his Costco diaper box and squealing, a little high I might add for first thing in the morning! Anywho, We're so proud of Lance and all his hard work. We're just so excited and a little nervous to be starting this new adventure. It will be a busy next couple years but well worth it in the end!
